not quite sure what I'm doing wrong, I use dozens of other addons to replace weapons, but for some reason this just doesn't work at all, there are no conflicts and even with everything else disabled it just doesn't do anything

@JAX After checking multiple smd i didn't see any problems with it, the smoothing looks just how it is from INS2 since i ported its original smoothings too, this is how it looks https://i.imgur.com/M2QilHN.jpg

One of the best looking models that I've seen that can go on the M16 and yet just another in the fuckload that are wasted on the SCAR because idiot modders think "HURR DERP THIS GUN IRL IS BURST NOT AUTOMATIC SO IT SHOULDN'T BE M16 XD". And to make it worse the animations are terrible. :^(

@Eagle Vision, because of the burst fire option, in insurgency, the m16 have this feature, and Twilight already upload the MK18 replacing the M-16 :)
