I think that the mini teleporters could use some balance (level 2 teleporter is kinda broken, maybe level 1 stats as a balance change; would not effect funny sentries :D) however, i totally love this idea and would appreciate if valve were to add such an interesting item.

stats? I do not understand people who make weapon models without thinking of stats for them first. Form follows function, that's standard game design philosophy. Figure out what you want it to do, then design the appearance around that.
