Seems like this mod is causing issues when loading into other people's servers. Also the arms get bugged to oblivion with certain guns.

All the other weapons are fine but the fingers clip into the shotguns i will send you a screenshot if you want

The finger bones might have been auto-collapsed by studiomdl. I've had that problem before, but I thought I had taken care of it. It's possible I was wrong, though.

The conflict is probably the file that changes the name. The conflict is nothing to worry about if that's the case, the furthest one down in the list will win the conflict and change the name.

Also, about the hands, the original hands were smaller, but... that was the problem. They were too small. Depending on how I set the original hands up, they either stretched horribly or became... generally distorted.

Could you possibly make a Alex Shepherd from silent hill home coming replacement for Nick? I found a model for Alex but i don't know how to convert it to L4D2 i'll send you a link if you are interested.

Oh and is there a way I can get the files you used to make him? I think I can improve the textures for him, make them a bit sharper, possibly the normals too. I'd love to collaborate on this. =)
