this is starting to need an update, i know a few items i cant spawn that i have to look around for a while to get, it hurts when im building aswell.

since this is a patch to the Spawnable Item pack, you have to look in the same place you use the Spawnable item i.e when you get your matter manipulator, its one of the options on the right side of the screen
