Tripwire isn't going to go toe-to-toe with a company like Hasbro just because of 4 community-made skins. The concept is good but a family-friendly company like Hasbro wouldn't want anything relating to their product in a game where you can get killed by a large man with a chainsaw arm and then have spider people eat your organs.
That being said if you changed the colors a bit they could easily be put into the game! Blue and orange is very clearly referencing Nerf guns and Hasbro is really stingy about their trademarks: see Them's Fightin Herds/Fighting is Magic but if you made it something like say... green and (bright) blue? Then it would just be seen as a "toy gun" and not a "Nerf(TM) gun."
