I can't find how they attach it to objects
Best guess is a function i dont have access to
its default is "X"
Good luck tho, I will be using pickup stick and the drop area storage box.
If i update one value in the master structure it takes a good 20-40 mins to compile it
I have spent a good part of the day waiting for it to finish because of my own stupid mistakes

It allows you to blueprint your base before you build it
(this system will be changed for something a bit more immersive)
There is no collision checks so you can build foundations anywhere
the new block selection menu (screenshot above) allows you to select and favourite any blocks you frequently use
i plan on making underwater blocks aswell for an atlantis base
Currently its a little buggy because what works perfectly in the editor does not always work ingame
Theres a few bugs i am aware of from the menues sticking to the tooltips on the icons being editor only... ill fix these things tomorrow
Reworked the file names and file structure to be more organized
Reworked the meshes and snap points some were unaligned and now I can implement parent rotation snaps
This means if you snap a foundation/roof to another foundation/roof the placed blueprint will face the same way as its parent so everything looks pretty
Figured out how im going to do external walls eg fences, guard walls
Possible pavement system to create paths
I'm hope to have most of the mod done by the end of the month
Then i can update the mod and have plenty of time for the bugs to be found while i work on model creation
the ingame pieces now are all diffrent sizes, example a ladder is not the same size as a wall
my goal is to make everything in this mod snap and align to everything else perfectly
(single player is still broken)
Please post if you can confirm that the blueprints and snap points exsist after server restarts
The building in the air is intended for now, later on ill make it so it requires atleast 1 foundation touching the ground or use of thrusters/something to keep it floating
So far i have found that the objects exsist and the colisions exsist but for some reason the meshes dont display
Ill keep working on it until i get a solution
however i would wait until this mod ha smore content before using it for main play
I think its not saving the snappoints link
so ill do an update to fix that tonight after im sure it works but it takes 25 mins to cook/compile the mod so lets hope i find the soultion the first time
also noticed another little issue with the admin mode which ill fix while im there
