The point of this item is to allow more ingenuity in the use of red hearts and encourage keeping them, not to turn you into a hulking, health-loaded monster.

You cant fix this item, adding a soulheart for no redhearts would make it an unconditional buy and ppl would prolly be more incentivized to use that passive than the intended one, its weak but it has its spot, I think one has to be happy with that

I don't know if it would be possible but I think it would be cool if after you pick up the item the transition screen isn't Isaac crying it's him sleeping with the cap on. Great mod either way.

100% agree with the soul hearts if there are no red hearts.
I generally play with soul hearts only because devil deals can be so op

Would be good idea to add 1 soul heart, if you play as a character without red hearts(like ???) and you also can draw good "dreams". But actually that's a good idea
