Doing okay, still really busy with work. I post progress on the discord. Callistan is basically working, just some of ths offsets are still weird on children and babies. Once everything is good on Callistan, it will be easy to update all the races

None of my mods are updated for the new version yet, still working on it

I loaded the mod alone, with the ones it requires, and its faction does not appear either, I suppose it depends on some DLC

I have installed Astoriel without the DLC's (I don't have them at the moment) and I have obtained several error codes, with other mods they indicated that they were simply ignored, but I was checking and Astoriel is not generating a faction or enclave, I removed other mods to see if it was caused by some and at the moment none, soon I will try to execute it just to see if it works in this way.

Using children and babies mod for 1.3, is there a way to configure when Astoriel reach adulthood? Some Astoriel are spawning with 500 years of age as teenagers, and if they're not that, then they already have old age.

I don't need it, I just have to rely on others to report if there are issues instead of testing myself if that makes sense

Do you need Biotech to help you update? You made a great mod. I miss my space elves.

Its hard to test that, since I don't currently have biotech. once it's released, it should work though

Spawn with genetics* rather than take.

Thanks for the effort regardless of time it takes. It may be a good idea to see if you can limit the races ability to take genetics, as thats the biggest issue plagueing most mods atm with biotech. At least till alien is fixed and ready.

Ears appear infront of the hair, and the ears are spaces apart from the head.

@keyessance I get a similar issue, where the game will freeze for ~5 seconds then the debug menu spits out a bunch of garbage saying it's having issues with names & creating pawns for astoriel...

Getting an error for Astoriel and Trenchcats saying it cannot find some name rules. Anyone had this problem before?

The ears keep floating even with hair lookin okay on em.

I FIXED the ear problem. After confirming it was a problem with just the astoriel and no other mods.
You can fix this with Notepad++.
Go to ((C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content)) this is where the workshop files are kept. Then go to the folder "294100" this is Rimworld. Inside that you'll find this mod in the folder "1342510409"

Find the Race_Astoriel file at \1.3\Defs\ThingDefs_Races\ and open it with notepad++.
The fix requires two ear positions to be adjusted, right ear north and left ear south.
Go to line 57 and find <north> and under <bodytypes> you'll see the default body types along with 2 numbers for each of the 5 body types, (-0.035, 0.944). Change the (-0.035) to (0.035), do that for all 5 body types.

Then go to line 99 and change the 5 under that one from (-0.424, 0.571) to (-0.390, 0.571)

Aaand you're done.

I would like to ask, I don't know what mod I installed that caused the eyes of the mannequin not to be in the right place, that is, they disappeared from the face.

can we please get a setting for child teenager adult setting? it makes it almost impossible to play with children mods. or is there a patch someone can recommend?

That name thing is a vanilla issue, it happens when the game can't find a name. It should be harmless

Generates an error about not being able to find a style item and generating a new name.

For some reason Im only able to select one head type for male and female using character creator (Head: Average normal), is it bugged or intended ? :c

I don't know what xnd adrenaline is, but astoriel should be compatable with all human surgeries

So I use [XND] Adrenaline and it doesn't seem to work on the Astoriel race. Is it because the mod doesn't work with it, or is it potentially a mod conflict somehow happening?
