You dont need CA counters..you could draw the CA on the map. Fire lane as well withthe "highlight" option.
AS there are no gullies...no Crests re needed...LOL
I have a small group of freinds that love to play full ASL but rarely get to play face to face. The quality of this engine and the work you are doing is astounding and it would be great if you added a few essential counters to the mix. Now after careful thought and realising that you probably dont want to go too far outside the scope of the scenarios that are provided and taking into account what you've already done I would recommend the following:
Concealment counters (large and small)
Sniper counters
Upper level building counters
Support Weapon coverered arc counters
Fire lane counters
Fox holes/trenches
A "Labor" counter would be nice
Crest status
There are many more mainly terrain/fortification related counters I could name for doing DYO style scenarios and the small set of OBA counters would be great, you know I could go on and on, but I will stop here.

Just sort of wish there were the other, older maps. I still have a nostalgic fondness for "The Guards Counterattack".
