@FWS_Mateo its obviously a mix with a gib mod, since the description doesnt add like Gore or Gibs or anything.

ummmm.. it is on sandbox. its a particle all particles are on all gamemodes. (unless the gamemode your using is overwritting it.)

What Kavunik is trying to say is that the mod doesn't work whatsoever in Single Player aka the original Sandbox gamemode.
