@Vikkanboi There is an illumination map for the windows at night. Thought it would still work without the dlc and just wouldn't have the lights. Probably won't remove it though, I believe more people have the dlc than not.

Nice that you like it :) I'm planning to do a few of these buildings with the same style, might take some time though :D I mainly work on these on weekends because of work.

Footprint 4x4? That would make a nice growable with different levels if you made the building with 3, 4 and 5 stories.

Let me know if the ploppable RICO settings aren't working, it's my first RICO building :D
