The police lights don't have texture and i got the addons needed for the mod installed, anyone know whats wrong?

This addon is pretty good. My only criticism is that the highest top speed I've reached on a long map is around 160mph, well short of the real car's 217mph top speed. I've fiddled around with the gearbox a bit and set the speed to be relative to playersize but even then it doesn't hit 200mph. If you can increase this car's speed to match its real life counterpart that would be great. Thank you.
