why does the game softlock in the memory sequence with mustache girl?

I don't know if anyone else has been experiencing this issue but I'm not able to make the jump on act 4 when you leave mustache girl. It's the jump from the wall to the platform and I've tried everything I can think of and I just can't make it.

Okay, so here's my opinion on this:

It's okay, I liked evrey act of it that's before act 5.
Act 5 is just repeating the same thing over and over: There's an issue somewhere, you fix it, and there's an issue again. And so on.
The problem isn't just that, but also how insanely long the level is.

I'd give the mod a 7/10 overall, because the other acts were well done and pretty fun to play.

Really great platforming, that aspect was 10/10. Story was nonsensical but entertaining (think Kingdom Hearts), though the ending was less than satisfying. The worst part is the complete absence of any sort of punctuation, correct spelling, or grammar which made reading the dialogue incredibly frustrating. 8/10, edit the written stuff and it'll be great.

But seriously, top-notch platforming. Difficult but not overly frustrating, it's really so good!

I breated on my computer very much and it didnt break and the story was so awsome I starved mysealf to death to play through the whole thing

this is amazing. platforming was fun and the few mechanics were implimented well. music, lore, and voice acting was amazing. though it wasabit annoying that skipping cutscenes would break the game but its pretty little and the cutscenes are good. to anyone seeing this please download and try it out. full marks.

This mod feels like an entire game, like a hat in time 2, although some acts may be boring parkour, the story is amazing and I love it 100/10

what is the music used in the giant room where you deactivate the beams?

The first few acts are a funtime. but after a while it got rather boring and repeptitive, i ended up skipping a section because the mod was really starting to drag. Some platforming parts are just really confusing to me. The obligatory escape section. While not bad, went on way to long, slighty frustrating cause of the low time the dwellers mask's abillity. The last section was fine. ( No im not spoiling the ending you donk ) The story was ok rather confusing but fine. I'd give around a 5/10 "Fun to play if your good at the game ( Im not the best )

Ok, this is an actual bug report. I got some better at platforming than me to play through -
But in act 5 on the space station he was collecting vault tickets and he stopped for a rift token.
it said "hold B to skip (we're using a switch pro controller so buttons are reversed) and he was holding that by accident. So it sent him back to the beginning on that little patch of grass in space. But he had earth gravity and was stuck. We tried a cheat to get back to the higher power shed, but it was no longer possible to go in it.

I guess I can restart AT act 3, so I don't have to be as disappointed as I thought.
I thought I'd have to make it through acts 1 and 2 to continue!

I am very disappointed. I made it through acts 1 and 2 mostly without problem (it took me a lot of tries to get to the balloon).

And act 3, by sun, on high settings is the most beautiful graphics I've seen in the game, but for the life of me, I can't do the platforming move required where you double jump off a wall, break a glass sphere, and jump back over the same wall.

I'm pretty good at A Hat in Time platforming, but I just can't do it. I'm half way through death wish - but I can't do that move.

Could the game mechanics have changed since you wrote it? I even set the FPS to 60 to make sure that was standard.

Yeah the writing is not very excellent but it has one of the best level designs i've played, it was a very enjoyable experience if a tad nonsensical

played this back in 2018 and had a chance to introduce a friend to it and it still holds up fairly well too bad it will never be optimized for online party but beggars can't be choosers

This mod was great except for the fact that the ending left a bad taste in my mouth, the ending was not only left on a cliff hanger, but the ending was just a loop to the beginning, your in an simulation again.
