can you do more skin like Galaxy /turkoise /dragon / green reptile skin you know like fish stuff and

can you add blood to it when you cut soembody so there is blood and like it dry to it in like 3 min it get dry so its stay there but when you chake the knifethe blood get off and add scratches to the knife paint when you knife like brike metalic stuff like damage to it it would be more realistic for it
