@tntingram88 If youre going to set it up on a projector AND in survival, youre not going to see the custom door. Creative mode is the only way that you could see the rear door.

THIS IS NOT SURVIVAL READY!!!

Was having problems with the hydrogen not filling. Started pulling it apart and found that the hydrogen tanks aren't connected to anything. They're just stuck in there, so was only to fill hydrogen to about 7%.

It sure has! I definitely want to try and make another drop ship that is different to the halo look but for now im happy how this works... almost. After all these years I found the reason why the side hydrogen thrusters dont work to stop the ships acceleration so I gotta update it soon, thruster override on ONE thruster is to blame smh.

its come a long way i remember when you first made it back in 14/15 i think it was nice work and the old helicarrier iv been using your ships for while now XD

An interesting shape however I dont do requests as I got waaaay too many builds collecting dust already (legacy waited a long time to be completed too lol). If you want a tip I think1x5 armor ramp mods would help a lot to keep that sleek look, also use screen panels with a solid turquoise colour to imitate the thruster/hull outline glow, rotors may be needed for the engines but you might be able to get away using special angle blocks to imitate the look of the engine pods and its connecting rods. Best of luck

Hydrogen tanks refill through connector, and uranium needs to be manually inserted through the connector.

where do you put the fuel for the reactor and hydrogen tanks?

Hopefully one day you could make a updated version of the Valkyrie with the Warfare DLC blocks

They are real, I did make a note that it is heavy and to fly with caution. I only wish keen would make thrusters output more thrust to make it more manoeuvrable.

i found a little bit of jank in the bp, the all o2/h2 gen group is only 1 generator that for some reason is set to be owned by nobody. also one of the hydrogen tanks isnt set to be hidden in terminal, but i cant tell if thats intended or not.

rilly nice ship upgraded the thrusters to the syfi ones. got a bit of a drifting problem tho trying to figure out whats causing it atm lol

The back door is there, projectors dont project sub grids so it's out of my control. You will have to separately make the door and attach it to the rotor base on the ship to the rotor head on the door. SE has a lot of quirks, you will learn them in time, but don't assume I was at fault

you forgot to add the blast door on the back of the ship you should fix that

Do you think you'll make the door using non blast door blocks now that the Collisions have been somewhat fixed?

build the door separate, attach a rotor head to the bottom left corner and then use something to hold the doors rotor head in the ships rotor and then 'Attach Rotor'

how do you add on the door? ive tryed to put the blast doors in every way but its too tight of a fit, i have adjusted the rotor as well but i cant seem to make it fit

Honestly the only mod I use for it is better hydrogen settings (forget the name), if those small tanks could weigh less and hold more hydrogen they would be perfect!

The Valkyrie Mk-V could be classed as a "Light Air Assault troop-carrier", or LAAT-c, one a personal note, this is one of my preferred and favourite small vehicles/ships I often make use of say when I build large ships and want to include smaller ships. As great as mods are, not needing specific mods to make use of this vehicle/ship is probably why I use it as often as I do. Though when I use mods I modify the Valkyrie by replacing the cockpits and weapons with the mod (It has a name before this but I forgot it) "advanced control systems", a mod allowing for direct control of multiple turrets as well as guided missiles, a great all-around mod I like to mention works great with the Valkyrie, or "Valkyrie mark-fiver-modded", "Valkyrie Mk-V-m" (Per NATO phonetics with letters being pronounced a little more)

Hydrogen tanks need to be on 'Stockpile" mode to store hydrogen, connect the ship to a base that generates hydrogen for the fastest fuel up times, or keep pumping ice in the generators on the ship (which takes a while), once the tanks are filled then turn off 'Stockpile' mode and the hydrogen thrusters will be stronger. I suggest looking up a few tutorials on youtube.

there is one only problem, hydrogen tank still won't filled. do i need to store more ice into it? (still learning how things works here)

Hello mate, i just completed to build your ship and i REALLY love it, but i have some problems. The Hydrogen Generator is not filled at all (only the O2 H2 generator operating), and the ship is seems to be.. overweight (won't float, keep falling slowly). I already put an ice and uranium to the engine, and all the engine is work perfectly. Did i miss something?

I spawn it in creative mod and it works perfectly, none of the problems above happen (it floats perfectly)

subgrids dont spawn in with a ship in survival, the door isnt that complicated anyways so it is simple to build .

The door to the cargohold didnt spawn in the blueprint

I sort of think the strength of the thrusters is sort of nice, it makes such a big ship feel balanced for being slower and more of a target so too me its great

Ty :) And as usual; all designs on the workshop can be used to modify, but if you post a modified version or something based off of someone elses design then you should a leave a link to the ship you modified or took heavy inspiration from.
However if it's a small part that's being imitated on your ship then I don't see a need to add a link, links are meant for people using over 50% of another persons creation.
This is the general rule for leaving credit to other designers creations that you imitate or modify.

she is fat and the technique is tricky to master, maybe replace some atmo thrusters with some hydrogen thrusters for better boost, I would have added them but I didnt want to drain the hydrogen too fast (thus why I included a booster mode to only have certain thrusters needed for planetary take-off). you could just hold space if you really needed to
