@chiwogi because fallout 3 was pretty mediocre in terms of story and how it pretty much allowed bethesda to retcon/plague the original game's lore.
(I still wished fallout 4 wasnt a thing)

It's not on Fallout 3, It's on New Vegas and 4, but for the Vegas version try Enclave remenant armor.
