as I google it I found there also was white and silver with a red stripe livery like on this photo:

@kowkamurka I didn't realize that there was a line-color version at first haha. That one should work fine for me.

Also, in addition to the ivory and red version you're referring to, they also had a black and gold version that replaced the ivory and red colors, respectively. They also had all white cars with black and gold stripes along the sides on certain lines. Black and gold are the official city colors.

But anyway I love this model and I cannot wait to use it!

as far as I know, Pittsburgh had plain ivory and red livery, so you can use recolorable version of this PCC and change line color.

Also you cad unconvert this car and make your own repaint, I give you permission for this if you do need one,

I'm just to lazy to make repaints for this.
