The Idiocracy mod is actually one of several sample mods included in Surviving Mars by default, though it's normally inaccessible since it's not in the mods folder. The Mod Editor documentation tells you where they're kept normally. It's used as an example of how to set up a Mission Sponsor and Commander Profile.

@Haemimont Games Do you know how to set research per sol?? or did you make this mod out of convenience that the option for research per sol is not obvious. I'm trying to make a mission sponser and set the research per sol starting :[ dont know which option
