This mod only contains flowers on the ground and flowers in the trees.

Mods like falling flowers, sakura, snowflakes, fog, etc, are achieved by replacing the first person hands with a new model that has a particle effect attached.
The hands look like normal l4d2 hands, but they are a unique model. So, to avoid harming immersion I'd recommend using the invisible hands version of falling flowers.
