Yes I don't have the desert dlc ... I think the game recognizes them as barbarian factions

I don't know if anyone else has the problem, but if I play as the desert kingdom faction Kush, I cannot recruit any units with this mod activated. Haven't tested if it is true for the other desert kingdoms.

Scipio made superb mods. His Hstorical Objectives was brilliant. I wish he would return with an update for all his mods. My game depended on them. All gone now. Thank you for at least redoing this one, Shep!!

i think he made a mod that made the garrisons better too from the start, much harder to defeat the enemy, miss that mod

Was wondering why my mods were deleted... He made " Better Testudo " mod that was great. It was funny, too. Had a picture of Julius Caeser with a bunch of Legionaries in tuxedos saying " Better Testudo, Not Better Tuxedos"..... Wish i could get that 1 back.... Shame is right....

this mod was done by someone else but I do not know who but suddenly I did not find a mod like that on the workshop. So I published it but if ever the author asks me to delete it I would not refuse
