He reminds me of the "Guard Dog." For those of you who don't know, the Guard Dog was an a community-created multi-role 10th class character idea. The creator had a fully-fledged update page, with cosmetics, achievements, maps, ect.. Valve caught wind of it and considered adding the class. But then they left a "patent pending" announcement on the official website and they've never said anything about it since. I think it's safe to say that Valve decided not to include the class, and for good reason. I mean, would you play a game where you could shoot, stab, and even behead a dog?

There's actually a model of a husky in Dr. Face's Slender Arctic asset pack. [tf2maps.net] Be warned, though, that it uses an entirely different rig than Skud.
