I remeber those Romans struggling uphill on the Romanian roads, lots of smoke, noise and gears changed to haul something that a modern S730 will do it without worries.

This is sound only. The truck is from Madster and can be found in on the mods sites.

Find some mod install instructions. You will need to place the .scs or .zip file into the ETS2 mod folder.
