Thanks for the report; I fixed these problems.The update will reset your garrison gladiators but they no longer count to the unit cap. Furthermore the missing recruitment in circus is added.

If you update your Level four Circus to a Level five Circus Maximus you cannot longer recruite this units in this province anymore. Is this intended? Moreover it seems that this unit suffers from the changes to the level Cap in one of the recent patches as discribed to your White Roman: The Emperors Guard Mod Yesterday. I was only able to recruite 3 Units of Veteran Spear Gladiatores overall, not per Army. Don't know if this is intended as well.

they are half as many as normal but quite powerful

This looks sooo good! Can you make it as a submod for DEI 1.2 ? That would be great!
