Same problem as Risetta. I get stuck with a "distance too short" message when I try to place it. And no, I can't place it anyway. Possible road anarchy dependance missing?

When you want to place it it is possible that it flashes … But you can place it all the same

Keeps saying distance is too short, can't place this down.
