also smaller
good ship though, love the gravity cannon on it
Life has been quite busy for the past 3-4 years on my end, but I am longing for a comeback. In my opinion SE has made quite some strides forward and the DLCs added a plethora of new building options to the game, which I would love to try them out at some point.
@Q2 I am really sorry, but I am not active on Space Engineers any more.
Just one question though, how do I fire the mas driver and the bombardment system?
really good!
my congrats!
Thank you! This was very helpful. I never thought to add the conveyors before doing the interior. I always end up worming the pipes between the armor plates at the end of my build.
So here we go:
1. I measure how long/wide the ship is roughly going to be in order to have some rough restictions for its size. (Most of the time the shape resembles some kind of basic cross)
2. I go and build the hull of the ship add some detailing and paint the ship. During this step I also add conveyoring an make sure all engines/turret mounts etc. will be hooked up to the conveyor system
3. I work on the interior, adding compartments, bulkheads, hangar, etc. and finish up on the last bits of detailing work
4. Lastly I rename certain blocks/modules and group certain blocks together
If you build a ship of this size I would like for you to know that Interior work will drag on quite a bit so be prepared!
Hope this kind of helps :)
