Can you please remove the super hored add-on? Maps when you have to holdout for rescue (No Mercy, Crash Course, Death Toll, Dead Air, Blood Harvest, The Sacrafice, Dark Carnival, Swamp Fever, and Hard Rain) take hours due to the massive hored (they are easy to kill) and it isnt untill 1 hour into the rescue that the first tank showed up. Please remove the super hored Other then that THUMBS UP!

either delete the file by going to library/application support/steam/steam apps/left for dead 2/left4dead/addons/workshop look for the addon an del it hope this helps

Try to Exit the game when you Unselect it. that usually fixes problems for me :)

Not sure what in this mod that causes it , but it crashes a lot . The mod is good until that point . I can´t say if it is the unlimited ammo , or the sheer number of zombies .
