I want to make a remake to this mod in my lauguage...and more else!
I've been learning about how to build a mod and I've finished something yet
So I want your application for permission to rework this mod!
I would like to pay for this if it possible...
If I were the developer to create this mod ,I would Add more components to the Roukanken for its unlimited power of cutting off anything
and adapt to the new function, I need to make some changes to the original character mod. So, I want to apply to
the author for the right to use stickers for this mod. If I upload a new character mod, I will indicate the author on the mod introduction page. I don't use these stickers for profit,and I only set up a server because I love the touhouproject series. If you are not willing to provide me with the authorization directly, I can spend some money buying the authorization,
even a little more expensive.
this is a mod, he/she can do what ever they want to
most of the character mod base on game or anime are OP because It matches the character
you don't want the game easier then don't you this mod
all weaboo crap mods are op cause "they dont want their fav chars to die"
