So I looked at the screenshot in the Artwork thread and that's not the blood at all. This is the hoodie's texture [orig00.deviantart.net] and you can see that it doesn't match.
That texture issue I believe is related to the $detail lines in the textures where you notice the fire. Do you both have TF2 installed and mounted?
