To anyone with the body windows not working, here is the fix:
-Close the game and navigate to the mod folder (D:/ is used here as an example but find the steam folder where the game is installed)
D:/SteamLibrary/steamapps/workshop/content/645630/1323734188
-open parts.txt and find the following lines:
car_coupe-window_body_right=100
car_coupe-window_body_left=100
-All that needs to be done is to add "_1" to the name:
car_coupe-window_body_right_1=100
car_coupe-window_body_left_1=100
It might be easier to copy these two lines and replace the old ones in the file.

1-Cant buy the rear body windows in the shop, they also have wierd names
