[0150.52] Warning: Warning, Failed to compile Material Instance VNTE-CharlieDontSurf.Materials.Custom_Pictures with Base M_VN_MASTER_PBR for platform PC-D3D-SM5, Default Material will be used in game.
Besides that, the loading screen movie does not have to be included in the Packages directory, and also will not play from there. The game only ever checks the ROGame/Movies directory—be it in the Install directory, or a manually created one in the Config directory in the Documents folder—for any load screen movies to play. Otherwise, it fails to work.
If revisiting this map ever comes to mind, consider hosting the loading screen for this map elsewhere, or at minimum including instructions for how to add it to a directory the game can play it from in the description.

I do have two suggestions, which are:
- Potentially reduce the volume on the music [and] napalm soundbite by ~15-20% per player feedback.
- Add collision to prevent entry-to [or] open the rock-and-foliage near [A] captured in my screenshot below because currently players can get stuck there.

Changelog:
-Added a third objective between the previous two (Village)
-Decreased size of A Objective significantly
-Increased time from 16 minutes to 20
-Reduced Objective C Capture time slightly
-Removed 1 VC Sniper
-Increased AA Cooldown by 1 minute
-Increased Napalm Cooldown
-US Commander can now call in Artillery
-Reduced Valkyrie Music Volume
2) only 1 sniper for VC or none
3) make more cooldown for AA support.
4) music a little bit quiet cuz a lot of players are whining about it on the servers, for me it's fine btw
But that's just me.
Also, there's only 4 combat pilot slots, but 2 bushrangers and a loach, which means no loach or no minigun copilot for one bushranger. Personally I think that's weird, and that the map would be better with two cobras, even if that might not be movie-accurate.
