@Lupus et griseo, they are not. That was in the beta concept while the released one is simply the Aral sea's disaster, especially with the fact of totally different ecosystems (Xen...) like it was in the real life one.

It's an interesting concept if it weren't for the fact the Combine are draining all the water on the planet, I'd say maybe use more seven hours war like models to create a naval officer for the Combine.

Cool idea, doesn't make sense lore-wise.

No, I'm never touching OCs for a thousand years or atleast until I graduate college. This one alone was already a pain in the ass to make due to the 900+ changes I had to do to suit the guy's needs. Plus, usually when the guy who asked me to make the OC hits puberty. He's gonna ditch the OC and all that weeks/ months of hard work will be for nothing. I'll just stick to my own stuff for now.
