For some reason it doesn't work with NSC, even if you put this mod at the end of everything, weird hehe

i love how there's a guy down there who thinks the AI actually makes ship

the AI does not make ships. the ships are spawned in on a timer. also you gonna update this?

its funny because it lags less now that the AI is stacking all of his stupid fleets on the same spot

player and AI
This mod overwrite "\Stellaris\common\defines\00_define.txt".
so, this mod works on Player and AI.
