Used to get home from work at 3am and watch the cartoon Space Battleship Yamato. This reminds me of that very much. Nice reproduction. :steamthumbsup:

Hey hey, Just giving you a heads up. Alpha 8,0 build 1634 updated the plant ID gorw stages. This renders the MOD unusable in MP game modes because of the current growing plots.

Yamato is unrealistically steep and huge.
I liked that the author repeated the silhouette of the ship from Anime qualitatively.
The interior space is unreal much, you can get lost.
Swimming pool in the sauna was pleased :))) :steammocking::steammocking::steammocking::steamhappy:

It is the space battleship Yamato that appears in the animated "Space Battleship Yamato (Star blazers) 2199, 2202".
The total length was reproduced with an error of 1 m.
The total height is higher than the actual due to 1 block 2 m square limit.

Which Yamato? iv heard of 2, one that flys in space and one that was used in world war 2. prob this is the space one.

Well, after actually digging around for anything that could give me clues as to how its insides are, turns out the only things that are in need of revision are the middle section (where engineering should be) and possibly the front hangar, though I've found no material pertaining to it as of yet. There's also a small detail on the back that... would demand a major overhaul to add... The two viewing stations to supervise rear aircraft launching are missing...

Anyway, I'm going to do my best to re-build the rear and engineering. Then I'll see about adding crew quarters, re-designing the mess hall and then maybe I'll try fitting in some Empyrion devices to make the ship atleast somewhat functional. As it stands, it's a fine ship for use in MP, but I'm aiming to make it as close to the source material as possible.

Next is to make "Coleoptera (Kuripitera) class destroyer (Gamilas ship)".

It is planned to be a cheap and large destroyer (160 m).
