@OMEGAVEZ well for one it's gmod and all the screenshots were taken from in game so not sure how it would look better in the pictures then in the game? Also it's supposed to be small with little detail because it was made in like an hour as a fun project.

A small map, very little detail inside the building. The map is not very good.
I am very disappointed in the map. It looks better in the picture than in the game.

I wanna say this map is amazing and with the limitations of the source engine you really made it look atmosphearic af. It would be cool to see a night time version of this map.

I love how dark some of the areas are! Perfect for stealth gameplay and hiding out in the darkness with Nightvision, as you hang onto a dead florescent light fixture, with a pistol in the other hand, waiting patiently. I do wish for a darker time of day, perhaps abilities to activate the lights, and the tall grass textures following the Player's vision on clientside, rather than being sheets of paper embedded in the ground; The outdoor area would be more interesting for combat, if you could hide in the god dang grass. Maybe more playerspawns could also make this map more interesting, and doing that for more of the explore maps as well.
Regardless, it's a very fun map for stealth combat. Definitely a favourite.

That's what I had recommended, but without the ghost roaming the map. A seperate version with more horror elements.

Here are some ideas for this map:

1: An actual ghost that roams around the map, stands still and watches you and vanishes if you get too close to it.

2: A very creepy basement area.

3: Some blood on the floor and walls. (Not too much)

4: Creepy sounds such as footsteps, breathing, knocking, whispering.

5: An admin room that lets you turn on or off the creepy sounds and ghost. (If the ghost or creepy sounds gets added)

6: More props in the rooms such as bones. (Just a quick reminder)

7: Doors in the enteracne to some of the rooms that you can open or close. (And maybe some of them can open and close on their own)

These are all the ideas that I could think of. I hope you liked them :)
