I like the l4d2 design because of the fact that it makes sense he is leaning because one of his shoulders is welded to his head by the infection

It makes no sense for L4D1 to have the new Smoker, since L4D2 is set in the south, Smoker should't be wearing a jacket, and vice-versa.
