the new restaurant will be posted on Sunday.

Sorry that it took so long but I was out of modeling for a while.

I had some difficult and busy times but I'm back and I'll take all the work that was left on hold to publish it, wait for new things.

I am working on a new version of this building, I will soon upload the update in another publication so as not to interfere with people who already have this in their city, the new update will no longer require downloading other accessories since they will be implemented in the I hope you enjoy it.

I really like this building. Any chance reducing the LOD tris and texture size? Its quite heavy

Looks very nice! Just one note - 512x512 is very large for a LOD texture. They're typically something like 128x128 or smaller for buildings of this size. :)
