@FearSunn Your mod blocks the display of information in the 'gossip' window. Instead of information there is a clear blue card, as in the photo in the given link.

Any way to add a sort filter, so we can choose listing the cities by City Name or Population?
Although listing the cities by population is helpful, when you end up with a lot of cities, it is cumbersome to go through the list of cities, just to find the one city you are looking for. Unfortunately Civ 6 doesn't support searching for a city, as in previous Civ games.

Updated. Sorting by Population implemented (instead of CityName). Modifiers tooltip added (for debug).

This screen is tweaked specifically towards making decision from which city to launch trade route.
For this it is important to see in one place all this things (including current production). Districts, strenght, damage is not important here and will not be reinstated.

Agreed with N7 Commander John's first comment, and wish to drop a suggestion: to swap the text in that "City Status" last column for the icon in the first tab (Yields), second column, which bears the same information. That would save space in the screen to fit the District Summary back.

Major bug in original Better Report Screen mod Policies panel fixed:
Rationalism, Free Market, Simultaneum and Grand Opera policies now show corrects effects values.

I like the Currently Producing column in the City Status, but I miss the District Summary ; any chance you can add that back in?
