Why not add a seperate perk tree, or link it to one handed or two handed, it can be like fighting styles, quick one handed strikes, or brutal two handed combos.

that is why i made it 20x i think im going to look into building it into the other perks like the bow one will give you 8x unarmed as well and then the 15x daggers perk will give you x18 unarmed as well

Balanced for what? It's a single player game. Daggers are x15. And unarmed damage is lower than a dagger.

THeres a couple other unarmed killcams in the base game, I just dont know how to get them. One of them is a rear naked choke, though.

I always thought it would be cool to have a hand-to-hand assassination were you just snap the person's neck

Playing as Khajiit, I always wanted something to simulate clawing someone's throat out, but unfortuately, nothing of the sort. This may fix it. But, please, make it part of the assassin's blade perk or something, because the standalone bonus is a bit cheat-ey.

For balance, why not apply this to the Assassin's Blade perk so that unarmed damage is doubled along with daggers? A straight buff seems far too unbalanced, since you'd be able to go around and sneak attack without any perk or leveling in any way.

It's a good idea, primarily because unarmed hasn't been given an actual skill slot since Morrowind, but as it is right now you'll need to tweak it.

So, let me get this straight. You modified unarmed to be on par with a dagger that has both backstab and assassin's blade, but you don't consider it a cheat?

Is this awesome? Yes. Could it be made more epic? Yes.
Play as an orc, equip as many items as you can adding more damage output to you, drink potions, activate rage, kill, repeat.

oh and by the way i would LOVE to make some animations for the kill cam like breaking the neck or something to come with this mod but i honestly don't know where to start i will look into it but if anyone knows how or has some suggestions hit me up please!!!!

Yes, i play khajit and early in the game before i get a really good sword i use my claws and i get tons of hand fatalitys.

Is there a fatality sequence for bare-handed sneak attacks?
