Sorry for the confusion, I have found it now, I wasn't able to see it in my list at first. I now have the Find It mod.

David, what are you looking for? Official game Patch 1.7.0 seems to say it added one-way train track for everyone.
I don't remember what mod had it before.

I'm sorry, but how do I find it? I only have TMPE and Pedestrian Crossing Mods

No mods or workshop items needed. There is a workshop mod to add one-way train track but its obsolete after Patch 1.7.0 for Mass Transit. I believe it is available to all without the expansion.
