This also works great if you're looking to make the Cylons from Battlestar Galactica and need/want Tricia Helfer being that voice in your ear. :)

@Shade11 At the time the "choose your voice advisor" feature was DLC only (still is ? I don't know).

What is the reason to create a voice mod that requires DLC?

The mod is working, don't and won't require an update. Audio mods don't need updates. You either don't have the needed DLC or are doing something wrong. People on my second mod already confirmed me those facts. Have a nice day.

@Unhealthy87 - Really like your voice mod, but I just have a suggestion. Would it be possible for you to have a female sounding robot voice the parts that EDI doesn't say? Right now it defaults back to the original generic male-bot that comes with the game.

@Kingdark I mean, the aim of the mod is only to get a mass effect feel in stellaris, most of the lines do the job and I don't think that I could do better with the few lines I have.

Well, thanks for replying, and you can do more than I can do when it comes to mods, but I feel like this mod is a bit misleading. I mean no disrespect though when I say that. I just feel that even with the lines you used, how is it relatable to in-game stellaris?

@Kingdark Actually no, not at all. A lot (95%) of the lines are irrelevant, I even had difficulties to complete the mod, some lines are still vanilla because of that.

With all due respect, but if Edi only knows two lines then that's really sad. Surely, there are plenty of dialogue options that can be used for this?

I couldn't get this to work either until I figured out that I had to remove the playable = { local_has_dlc = "Synthetic Dawn Story Pack" } block in your 00_edi_advisor_voice_types.txt. You're literally just telling the game to make it not work for people that don't have Synthetic Dawn. If you remove that line, it works just fine.

Some of the lines seem a little overly long, and so can have EDI talking over herself a few times.

@aWildAsianHasAppeared! The mod files seems to have literally disappeared from the workshop also reuploading it doesn't fix this, i'll look into it but it doesn't make sense.

Hmm. If I get round to playing ME2 and ME3 (Including all DLC) then I could have a look. Though I suppose it depends on lines that area possible to isolate without too much in the background.
Might have a look through Mass Effect Andromeda, since SAM says quite a lot.

@Biotic_Warlock Indeed and it's voluntary, I could remplace them but EDI lack the voice line diversity to convey the information, so you wouldn't know what just happened.
