It collapses way too quickly, i hit it with a crowbar one time and the whole building collapsed

wow, this is great! i set off a bomb in one of the buildings, the building didnt go down, then i ran to it from the other building and walked in through the front door, half way through to one of the other doors and then the whole building started to collapse! i escaped just in time! now thats what i call Levolution! :D Great Job!

its possible it may have something todo with the fact that i Embedded all Textures & Models in the map into the BSP itself using pakrat
as to avoid players having missing models. textures etc... but its working fine for me
