mmhh, just had a test with the latest NSC2 (released yesterday):
reduced station maintenance has absolutely no effect when NSC2 is active.

Any chance of making a version with the NSC2 files (00_ship... and 00_starbase...) as a basis?

Sorry to say this, Plato, but it looks like it's your mod doing it. I scrubbed all other mods that touch anything even coming close to nation or station modifiers, and the bug is still there. I've taken a picture for your convenience:

It appears that with your mod active, any nation modifiers that increase happiness also increase the build cost of stations. I'm scratching my head too, I have no idea how that even happened, but that's what my tests conclude.

I'm hunting a bug for another mod which might be due to compatibility issues with this one, would it be at all possible to put in the mod description which files your mod alters?
