No, reskins are just that. Changing the skin of something. In order to give the Hunting Rifle a red dot sight or just iron sights, you'd have to remodel it, as in changing the model itself. You can't make a scope look like a red dot sight by changing its texture. It's impossible.

That's it. GCFScape if freeware and you can get a legal copy of Photoshop CS2 for free, so there's nothing stopping you.
