It's been too long so I don't remember if it was me who wrote that name or it was from Hydrocraft.

They are also called bullet tips in 7 Days to Die. Either way, doesn't really matter. It's just a name, what's important is you know exactly what they are. Some others may not have the same knowledge and think a "bullet" means the whole round.

I love this, and will continue to... BUT there is this one issue that really gets in the way: The part names for the ammunition crafting. The game is so deliciously detailed, and it would be so easy to have the pieces of ammunition named correctly (Though I don't have any idea where to start so I'm starting here:)...

The lead chunk that gets thrown out of the barrel is the Bullet.
The brass part is the Case/Casing.
The whole, ready-to-fire unit with bullet, powder, and primer is a Cartridge ("Round").

I reload my own ammo, and LOVE that I can save my spent casings, pull bullets & save powder from ammo I won't use in PZ... But I cringe at every mention of bullet tips, and I'm wondering if this is something anyone with the appropriate skills (which I Do Not have) is willing to do this, or has already?

Hey I noticed that you can't seem to convert normal BB's into the .117 ones from ORGM. Any idea how to do this myself?

Hunting for small game worked fine with Ruger Mini-14 using .223 ammo.

Yeah, none of the OGRM Recipes seem to match up anymore from what I can tell. Unable to hunt using OGRM Weapons.

so is the hunting part not working anymore? I originally got ORGM author to help me with it. Something must have been changed since.

I can confirm that the hunting compatibility with ORGM guns is not working.

My mistake, I read only the name of the crafting, I can now make 10 times the ammo for my SVD :D still, its kind of broken.

Might be good if 9mm para didnt require 50 boxes of 50 cases to craft :P Also, there are 2 .308 varients that use case box, as well as .38 special. 7.62x54R cases box get made into a ammo box of 7.62x51mm NATO. I am sad I cant reload my Dragunov SVD because the ammo cases get turned into trash NATO rounds :P

Give it to Kyrios to work on, or something. Someone updated and re-released one of my mods, since I had no more interest in working on it. Glad they did.

as a side note it also seems that only a couple ammo types ( .308 , .223 , 9mm ) can be made using HC Casings , the rest are forced to use their specific casings droped when shooting , im not sure if this is intentional but I dont believe we can find any casings from the ammo types without actually shooting them , im not sure if thats intentional or not

I appriceate that , even if we cant salvage the tips and casings , being able to "gather gunpowder" like vanilla ammo would be really nice :)

err , ratios seem off , 1 case of .223 casings gives 1 bullet? , also can you add the ability to take ammo apart for varying amounts of gunpowder , tips , and casings ?
