I think it is possible to add office and commercial to them via asset manager. But i think you will need the source files to do that...

I do not know if it is possible to have Commerical / Office + residential all in one. (anyone saw this comment knows please advice!)

Regarding broken asset manager, i do get that sometimes. Most of the time it is caused by some UI mod. Tinker around to get it right or best is to disable all UI mods 👍🏼

Ali, thank you so much, I love these buildings! Mate, is there any way I can add office and commercial to them in asset manager given that the buildings in real life are planned to include them? Maybe I'm struggling because my asset manager seems broken because none of the edit buttons appear :/
