i figured out why, the Undo delay is simply set to 0.1
needless to say, they dont exist long.

surprizingly it was an accident that it looks like that it was originally supposed to go to the chest where the human heart is but i made a mistake while posing the arm part and well it ended up like this

you can use it to power stuff or as decoration (there is a toggle button on top of the battery you can link stuff to using wiremod)
