does this still work, i have rise and fall but it wont seem to provide me these new leaders or units

When playing as Winston Churchill or this England mod it shows both abilities, the new one Royal Charters and the old one Workshop of the World. Any idea if this is a just a visual thing?

Unfortunately your mod doesn't work for me, I don't know why. Is weird white on all your mods.

I'm just wondering if these mods would work if we had GS but we didn't have R&F - mostly because the mechanics from R&F come with GS so little point actually buying them both unless you're really wanting more civilisations.

Can having just GS allow these mods to work, any idea?
