I'm not quite sure i understand, if you mean how to get Mothra in skirmish mode, you must first build the G egg Incubator with a normal builder. The building then turns into a larva and so on. If its a modding question, I invite you to check out the unit making guide and the Modding subforum.

Just so you know: the AIs usually stick to the larvas, but I've just witnessed an AI-owned Mothra.
So with some luck and funds, it can go through the build steps. Quite cool!
