Just get the Summer Shades, use No-Collide, resize them to your liking with the Resizer (Note: Only resizes them physically, the barrier or original size is still there, just invisible), save it as a dupe and there you go, done.

This is... sufficient, I guess. But it's nothing more than a Sonic recolour with glasses. The shoes should be boots, and the legs are the wrong colour, Scourge's quills don't show through the back, and that's not a coat; it's a body recolour.

Depressingly it's the closest thing we've got right now.
