I did not notice a difference, nice try though. If you could make one that lowers it 70% I would use it.

The volume difference is actually pretty minimal. This mod is meant only to enhance the rest of the sounds in the game that can get drowned out by the constant gunfire, which in this game is substantially louder than it needs to be (especially the M4). Much like gunfire in a movie is mixed down to match the rest of the audio.
